This work explores my personal narrative through the process of weaving, utilising traditional patterns, ‘Pa Kao Mah’ and memories from the garden of my family home. ‘Pa Kao Mah’ is a light-weight woven fabric made of dyed cotton or silk. It is traditionally woven by female villagers in Thailand as a practical multi-purpose cloth, commonly used by people who work in agriculture. I use ‘Pa Kao Mah’ with weaving that is inspired by my family garden, the combination helps to represent the life of Thai people.
